Sara "Sally" Collette, 81, of Providence, passed away on March 26, 2025, peacefully with her family by her side. She was born September 5, 1943, in Hartford CT. She was the daughter of the late Anne (Laverty) and Walter Stover. Sally was the beloved wife of the late Roger Collette.
She is survived by her son Jean-Paul Collette of Providence and her two granddaughters, Bebe and Coco Collette of East Greenwich. Sally is also survived by her sister Shirley Calder.
Sally had received her Master's Degree in Education from Rhode Island College. She enjoyed her career with the City of Providence Education System, the Piermont, New Hampshire Education System and later spend time employed by Macy's Department Store.
Sally enjoyed reading, and many varieties of art mediums but her truest joy came from her lifetime of adventures with her husband, Roger.
Calling hours in Skeffington Funeral Home and Cremations, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence on Thursday, April 3rd from 10am-11:30am followed by burial in Notre Dame Cemetery Daggett Avenue Pawtucket.
