Caitlyn Sprague, 40, of Centerville, MA passed unexpectedly on Monday, August 16, 2021. Daughter to Donald Lesley and Wendy Jade (Boomhower) Sprague, she was the beloved mother to Glenn and Trinity. She was sister to Lisa Sprague and the late Patricia Sprague with whom she is now reunited with in heaven.
